REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spackle Hack™ purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of purchase — opened or unopened. To initiate a return, email us at hello@spacklehack.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping and/or send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Purchased on Amazon? If you purchased Spackle Hack™ through Amazon, please initiate your return directly through your Amazon account. Amazon returns cannot be processed through our website.

Purchased on TikTok Shop? If you purchased Spackle Hack™ through TikTok Shop, please initiate your return directly through TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop returns cannot be processed through our website.
